Cancellation policy
How Subscribe & Save works
- When you choose Subscribe & Save, you save 10% on your kit and we send fresh collars automatically. Each collar lasts about 30 days.
- By default your refills follow one collar a month: Buy 2 every 2 months, Buy 4 every 6 months, Buy 6 every 10 months. Homes with more than one cat can pick a faster rhythm on the product page.
- Cat kits refill with cat collars and dog kits with dog collars.
- Buy 4 and Buy 6 refills ship free. Buy 2 refills ship at the standard rate shown at checkout (free once the order is over $40 or the local equivalent). Add-ons (like the pee mat) and free gifts are one-time only and never repeat.
Billing
Your card is charged when you place your first order, then automatically on each renewal date, at the subscription price shown at checkout. If we ever change the price, we'll email you before your next renewal.
Pause, skip or cancel anytime
Log in to your account on our store (Account → Subscriptions) to pause, skip or cancel. Or email support@lullacollar.com and we'll do it for you. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Refunds on refills
If a refill was charged by mistake, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for the 30-day guarantee on your first order.
