1. Our products

Lulla™ collars are pheromone collars that help support calm in cats and dogs. They are not a medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from pet to pet. If your pet has a sudden change in behavior, such as peeing outside the litter box, check with your vet. Always follow the fitting and safety instructions, supervise your pet when they first wear the collar, and remove it if their skin gets irritated.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. We may change prices, products or offers at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price shown was an error, or we suspect fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You confirm that you're allowed to use the payment method you provide.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically until you cancel, as described in our Subscription Policy.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Free gifts and offers

Free gifts come with qualifying orders while stocks last. We may substitute a gift of equal or greater value. Offers can't be exchanged for cash.

7. Information on this site

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and up to date, but it's for general information only and isn't veterinary advice. Product images may differ slightly from the item you receive.

8. Reviews and comments

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to show it on our site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial. Please don't post anything unlawful or misleading.

9. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account login private and for activity on your account.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to LullaCollar or its licensors and can't be copied without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
