Questions

What powers the heartbeat?

A small battery-powered heart unit that slips in and out of the plush.

How does the heating pack work?

Follow the instructions printed on the pack. Never put the plush or the heart unit in the microwave.

Is it a chew toy?

No. It's a cuddle toy. Supervise your puppy and remove it if they start chewing it apart.

Can I wash it?

Yes: take out the heart unit and the heating pack first, then hand wash the plush and air dry.
