Questions
Does it need to be plugged in?
No. It has no wires or batteries. A thin reflective layer inside sends your pet's own body heat back to them.
How warm does it get?
It warms up to your pet's body heat, never hotter, so it can't overheat.
My cat ignores new beds. Tips?
Put it where they already nap, add a worn T-shirt or their favourite blanket on top for a few days, and give a treat on it.
Can I wash it?
Yes: machine wash gentle and cold, then air dry. Don't tumble dry.
